Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork, always ready to help get the job done. Act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people and enjoy high‑energy environments. Can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Enjoy AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience. At least 16 years of age.
