The Role

We’re expanding our team and looking for Guidance Specialists who bring a hospitality-first mindset, a love for people, a strong attention to detail, and the drive to sell.

As a Guidance Specialist, you’ll be the face of the studio; welcoming members, guiding first-time experiences, driving membership sales through both in-studio conversations and outbound prospect calls, maintaining a clean and calming environment, and helping foster the RESET community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys service, wellness, sales, and meaningful connection.

Available Shifts

We’re currently hiring for the following daily shifts:

Morning Shift -- 6:00am – 1:00pm

Evening Shift -- 3:00pm – 8:00pm

(Consistency and reliability within selected shifts is key.)

What You’ll Do

Member & Guest Experience

• Greet members warmly and create a welcoming, calming atmosphere
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle questions or concerns with care
• Build real relationships, helping members feel seen, heard, and supported

Sales & Lead Outreach

• Make outbound calls to prospective members using Go High Level (GHL)—expect a minimum of 20–30 outbound calls per shift to schedule first visits and convert leads into members
• Lead sales conversations with walk-ins, first-time guests, and trial members to convert interest into active memberships
• Support outreach campaigns, lead follow-up, and re-engagement efforts to help meet studio sales and utilization goals (utilization refers to the number of sessions booked and attended by members each month)
• Track and report on personal sales activity, call volume, and outcomes each shift

Session Guidance

• Lead first-time experiences by walking members through RESET modalities
• Educate members on benefits and ensure comfort and confidence during sessions

RESET Modality Knowledge & Participation

• Develop a strong, working understanding of all recovery modalities offered at RESET
• Stay curious and informed about wellness and recovery best practices
• Actively participate in RESET modalities during scheduled shifts as a required part of this role, this participation is completed on the clock, counted as paid working time, and ensures authentic member guidance and genuine product knowledge

Community Engagement

• Support in-studio events, promotions, and community initiatives
• Encourage participation and connection within the RESET community

Studio Standards & Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated studio environment
• Clean and sanitize equipment and recovery spaces throughout each shift
• Pay close attention to the details that elevate the member experience

Who We’re Looking For

The Guidance Specialist is both a hospitality steward and a sales driver. You’ll welcome members, guide first-time experiences, work the phones to convert leads using Go High Level, and help the studio hit its sales and utilization goals—all while keeping the space clean, calm, and community-driven.

This role blends hospitality, recovery education, and sales—ideal for someone who genuinely believes in the modalities, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and is comfortable being measured on results.

At RESET, we believe our team should use and understand the services we provide. We are only hiring people who have personally experienced recovery modalities like cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy, hot tub, or red light therapy—this experience does not need to come from RESET, but it is required before your start date. Guided participation in RESET modalities during scheduled shifts is a required part of the role to ensure authentic member guidance and personal product knowledge. This participation is completed on the clock and counts as paid working time. Reasonable accommodations will be made for medical conditions where applicable.

This is also a sales role. You’ll be making outbound calls to prospects through Go High Level and having real sales conversations every shift. Performance bonuses are earned based on membership sales and member utilization—meaning the number of sessions your members book and attend. If you’re uncomfortable on the phone, dislike following up with leads, or see sales as someone else’s job, this position will not be enjoyable for you.

You enjoy starting conversations with strangers, whether on the phone or in person

You’re comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads

You find energy in helping people feel better

You are probably NOT a fit if:

You’ve never personally tried recovery modalities like cold plunge or infrared sauna

You avoid the phone or dislike cold-calling and lead follow-up

You see sales as someone else’s job, not yours

You need a flexible, ever-changing schedule and can’t commit to consistent shifts

You prefer to do the bare minimum rather than build genuine connection with each member

Requirements

• CPR and AED certification required within 30 days of hire 
• Prior personal experience with at least one RESET recovery modality (cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression therapy, hot tub, or red light therapy)
• Ability to commit to consistent morning or evening shifts
• Reliable transportation to assigned studio location
