Position Overview
We are actively hiring Final Expense Tele-Sales Agents who want to build a meaningful career helping seniors and families from the comfort of home. No prior insurance experience is requiredwe provide training, mentorship, and warm inbound leads. This is a 100% commission role with high income potential for those willing to learn and serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls with interested clients
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate final expense coverage
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups
- Use CRM tools to track calls, conversations, and performance

Qualifications
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Self-disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual tools (CRM, Zoom, etc.)
- Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
