Location: Bartlesville, OK · Facility: Ascension Jane Phillips Medical Center · Department/Specialty: Surgical Unit · Schedule: PRN Responsibilities Champion Patient Success: Proactively implement, evaluate, and modify individualized patient care plans to achieve the best possible outcomes. Be the Patient Advocate: Continuously monitor, accurately document, and promptly communicate changes in patient status to the care team, acting as their voice and primary protector. Lead the Coordinated Effort: Serve as the central coordinator, connecting and facilitating seamless, well‑orchestrated care across all medical disciplines to ensure a unified patient experience. Execute with Precision: Meticulously carry out physician and advanced practice provider orders, along with specialized nursing protocols, ensuring every detail of the treatment plan is followed. Prepare for Tomorrow: Holistically assess patient discharge needs and proactively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan for a safe, successful transition home or to the next level of care. Minimum Requirements BLS Provider obtained within one month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
