Exciting Opportunity for an OB Certified Sonographer!

Job Description:


- Shift: 12-Hour Days
- Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Certification Requirements:
- BLS
- RDMS OB Certification (required)
- RDMS in Medical Sonography (required)
- RVT in Vascular Technology (preferred)


- Unit Details:
- Number of Scanners/Rooms: 3
- Floating/covering other areas: Maybe
- Common Types of Imaging/Studies:
- All general US exams
- Para Thora BX
- Vascular Exams


- Job Duties:
- Perform 8-16 scans/studies per day
- Utilize EMR & PACS (Cerner)
- Equipment: Phillips EPIQ


- Work Environment:
- Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech: Supervisor
- Radiologist In-House: Yes
- IV Starts: Not required
- Call or Standby Requirement: Yes
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Scrubs not provided yet
- Cancellation Policy: 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if under 13 weeks
- Charting System: Cerner
- License to Submit: Yes
