Generations at Applewood is seeking RNs with at least 1-2 years experience working in skilled nursing or LTACH settings. No new grads at this time due to staffing needs on our Complex Care/Respiratory Unit.

New Opportunities:

• Part-Time Days (7a-3p) includes every other weekend
• Full & Part-Time (3p-11p) includes every other weekend
• Full & Part-time NOC (11p-7a) includes every other weekend

$40-44 PER HOUR Depending on Benefits Selected $2/HR BONUS WHEN ASSIGNED TO THE RESPIRATORY/COMPLEX CARE UNIT $2/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR 2nd and NOC shifts

Generations at Applewood was recently remodeled and features a 30-bed short-term rehab-to-home unit as well as longer-term care units.

The Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse are Consistent with those of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Illinois

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a Nursing Home or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
