Medical-Surgical RN in Rome, NY

Qualifications and Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology and medical-surgical patients throughout their hospital stay
• Administer chemotherapy and other cancer-related treatments per protocol and physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment regimens, symptom management, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards
