Job Overview & Responsibilities Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities. Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and fully covered, in-house Continuing Education courses Race fee reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the community Qualifications & Pay Range Qualifications Graduate ofanapprovedoccupationaltherapy program State Licensure Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000available in select locations!
