Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Food Service Supervisor at the Polk County Jail located in B enton, TN . This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $14.00 an hour.

Role Description

We are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.

Your job duties will include, but not limited to:

ensuring recipes are followed.
ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.
following food safety standards

We supervise and work with non-violent inmates.

Experience is bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

Experience in Food Preparation, Culinary Arts, and Food Sanitization
Familiarity with Food Safety Protocols, Nutrition Standards, and Compliance Regulations
Ability to work in a structured environment and adapt to a correctional facility setting
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in correctional food service is a plus
ServSafe Certification or equivalent is preferred

MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST TO WORK IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
