Warehouse Associate I pmNow Hiring: Warehouse Equipment Operator Location: McDonough, Georgia Pay: $19.50–$20.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)Job Summary We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This is a physically demanding warehouse position that requires operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment while manually handling products throughout the shift. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYINGResponsibilitiesSafely operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.Pick and stage customer orders accurately.Load and unload delivery trucks.Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.Verify incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy.Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean storage areas.Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or defective products.Complete warehouse housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsExperience operating an Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift is REQUIRED.High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent attendance and reliability.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.Physical RequirementsLift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb as needed.Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and changing temperatures.Reporting Information Report To:Bella WaltonJoshua SumpterFirst Day Instructions: Report to the main entrance and ask for Frank Lopez upon arrival.
