DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR -Join Our Dental Family! Our established private dental practice in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. - Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates
- Collecting payments and handling paperwork
- Helping keep the schedule running smoothly
- Communicating with patients and the clinical team
- Making sure every patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for
- Enjoys working with and helping people
- Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Is organized and comfortable multitasking
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Pays attention to details
- Takes pride in providing excellent patient care
- Is dependable and takes ownership of their work
- Wants to grow with an established practice
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience
- Experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
