Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will help monitor access points, screen visitors and/or materials, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen individuals, packages, and/or personal belongings entering designated areas in accordance with location policies and posted requirements. Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor information before granting entry, and report irregularities or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting security‑related activity and observations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with work environments and conditions varying by location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
