We collaborate with some of the world's leading companies to create innovative campaigns and experiences that reach customers in new and impactful ways, ultimately contributing to Apple's overall marketing success. We are seeking an experienced communications expert to lead US partner marketing communication strategy, planning and execution for Apple products and services.

Description

This Senior Manager lead role drives the development of innovative partner communications strategies and creative across all Apple products and services. It serves as a critical bridge between Apple's brand vision and partner marketing execution, ensuring alignment across global markets and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high performing team of experts to deliver an impactful and engaging go to market strategy and execution with some of our biggest partners globally.
• Develop deep understanding of the Apple brand, partner brands, and local market dynamics to help shape the overall Retail market strategy, as well as working to create innovative partner communication plans across all Apple products and services.
• Synthesize macro trends and communications insights to optimize current and future partner marketing efforts, both internally and with external partners.
• Collaborate with partners to develop campaigns spanning advertising, digital channels, and partner-owned marketing touchpoints including in-store and online.
• Build and drive processes that improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of partner marketing work across Apple products and services.
• Lead the development and delivery of communication workshops with partners' senior marketing teams and agencies to elevate creative and strategic output.
• Oversee quarterly planning to ensure budgets and resources are strategically allocated to key partner communications initiatives.
• Domestic travel may be required 1-2 times per quarter.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in account management and/or strategy at a creatively-driven ad agency or in-house marketing communications firm.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.
• History of success working in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, and confidently influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to delve deep into a product and service to understand the business and product strategy and consumer insights, to build a global communications strategy for partners.
• Skilled at analyzing a partner's business, marketing strategy, and consumer insights to identify challenges and uncover opportunities.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver compelling product experiences throughout the customer journey.
• Experience working with creative teams, building and collaborating on great work
• Comfortable thriving as part of a cross-functional team.
• An enthusiastic leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans, and develop great creative and integrated campaigns.
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, capable of contributing as a team member and leading with equal effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build rapport, credibility, and influence across multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $233,900 and $351,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
