Join our dedicated Housekeeping team, where your attention to detail and dedication helps create a safe, beautiful, and inviting home for our residents.Responsibilities Overview:As a Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You'll perform routine housekeeping duties while building meaningful relationships with residents and providing exceptional customer service.What You'll Do:Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards.Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and disinfect assigned areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.Empty trash, replenish supplies, and ensure all assigned areas are stocked and organized.Follow infection prevention practices and proper cleaning procedures to promote resident health and safety.Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to resident requests.Adhere to OSHA standards, safety guidelines, and community policies and procedures.Assist with special cleaning projects and community events as assigned.What We Offer:Part-Time positions availableRotating weekends and holidays as neededPosition Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.Why Work at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care?We believe in taking care of our employees as much as our residents.
