We are looking for dependable people who want meaningful, hands-on work and can reliably show up for the people who depend on them. Hope House is located at 1705 County Road 285, Liberty Hill, Texas. Please check the location and make sure the commute is realistic for you. This is hands-on direct-care work. Direct Support Professionals assist residents with daily living needs that may include bathing, toileting, dressing, meals, mobility, medication support, documentation, household tasks, and behavioral support. Some residents have significant autism, intellectual disabilities, communication challenges, and behavioral support needs. This can be physically and emotionally demanding work. Before You Apply Current Full-Time Shifts One weekend shift of your choice; remaining shifts are weekdays Starting Pay $18.00/hour, with opportunities for differentials, overtime, bonuses, and advancement. What You’ll Do Support residents with personal care and daily activities Assist with mobility and meals Monitor and report health or behavioral changes Provide medication support as trained and authorized Maintain a safe, clean home environment Help residents participate in meaningful activities and relationships Follow individualized support and behavior plans Requirements Reliable attendance and communication Willingness to provide hands-on personal care, including bathing and toileting Ability to remain calm and respectful during difficult situations Ability to follow training, procedures, and individualized support plans Willingness to accept coaching and continue learning Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Ability to complete required background and drug screening Reliable transportation to Hope House in Liberty Hill CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to complete required training Paid time off Retirement benefit after eligibility requirements are met #J-18808-Ljbffr Casa Esperanza Inc.
