JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for promoting, facilitating and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards within the health system and for functioning as an organizational resource for regulatory compliance. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator supports the Director, Regulatory Compliance by performing risk assessments, internal audits and document control activities. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator maintains a working knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements, as well as health system policies, and educates others. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Blessing Health system. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree

• Possesses advanced skills in Microsoft Office

• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills

PREFERRED:

• Experience with auditing practices

• Experience with document management
