Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Peds Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Meditech experience preferred Description: Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment. A current RN or multi-state RN licensure is required. BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification are mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with Meditech experience. This role may involve occasional pediatric patients, though it is primarily focused on adults. Reliable personal transportation is essential due to limited public transportation options in the area.
