CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a short-term contract in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting. The position requires providing essential patient care support and assisting nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support nursing staff by delivering direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.
• Wear identification badges and adhere to all facility policies, including vaccination and ID requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state where the position is located.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and attention to detail in patient care.
• Must provide valid identification and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption documentation.
• Capable of working a flexible schedule, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
