This is an opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team, strengthen quality systems, and drive process improvements that directly impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and plant performance.

You will play a key role in advancing our Quality Management System (QMS), improving process stability, and developing robust controls for recycled composite materials. You will also lead critical quality initiatives, including PFMEA, Control Plans, New Product Development (NPD) quality integration, and the ongoing Quality and Process Control roadmap.

  • Ensure Control Plans are actively used on the manufacturing floor and are not static documents.
  • Drive continuous updates based on process changes, defects, and organizational learnings.

Drive Process Stability and Manufacturing Performance

  • Own process control systems using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability improvement methodologies, including Cp and Cpk.
  • Reduce variation in composite formulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Improve yield and throughput, scrap and rework, and process consistency and reliability.
  • Partner with Engineering on long-term process capability improvements.

Lead Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving

  • Lead structured problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as DMAIC and 8D to address chronic and acute issues.
  • Reduce customer complaints and internal defects.
  • Translate field performance into process and product improvements.
