Manufacturing Operator

The Manufacturing Operator will operate the shred/sort equipment to ensure manufacturing lines run without interruptions. This role is located in Shelbyville, KY and will be fully on-site. Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay: $23.50/hr Schedule: Rotating 12‑hour shifts (day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) Pay Schedule: Weekly Responsibilities Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions. Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure. Directing Shred/Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed. Load infeed hoppers. Print/apply rejected box labels and change out as needed. Check and empty conveyor cleanout tubs. Take empty boxes/skids out. All other duties assigned during shifts. Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience. 3+ years of forklift experience. 1+ year of heavy equipment operation. Ability to calculate basic math to verify weights. Ability to work rotating shifts. High School Diploma. Positive attitude. Excellent attendance.
