Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital 150 Flanders Road Westborough, MA 01581 Earning Potential up to $52/hour and $10.00 to $15.00 shift diff/hour RN Supervisor – every other weekend 7p-7:30a - $5000 sign on bonus Primary Responsibilities Our weekend staff is looking for an energetic, positive, knowledgeable and skilled nurse leader to provide support and guidance. Acute care experience is required. The dedicated team of nurses, nursing assistants, and respiratory therapists are a very committed and cohesive group that relish in the success of making a huge difference in the well-being of our patients. Our patient population is diverse, offering care givers great opportunities to use their knowledge and skills to make a big difference. The average length of stay 15 to 25 days allows for the team to see the patient's make tremendous gains and see many of them return home. New employees are provided a comprehensive orientation. Additional training is provided to allow employees to achieve competence in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV and Phlebotomy Skills and ACLS. Prerequisites Graduate from an accredited program required. Current License to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Acute care experience preferred.
