These paid positions offer structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while students complete the requirements necessary to become certified LNAs.Unlike a traditional nursing center-based staffing model, apprentices hired through this program will be employed with the understanding that they will support multiple nursing centers located nearby vs. a single nursing center.
