Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment. Home health physical therapy experience required. Experience managing caseloads that include post‑operative patients and patients referred for chronic conditions. Experience supervising or managing PTAs and collaborating with PTAs routine visits; PTs expected to perform evaluations, recertifications, and reassessments. Familiarity with MatrixCare or equivalent home health EMR preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to travel within Thurston County (Olympia, Lacey, Yelm) and provide home visits. Driving and valid driver’s license required. Interviews will be conducted virtually. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Schedule: 8 hours per day. Coverage Area: Thurston County (Olympia, Lacey, Yelm). Caseload Structure: PTs manage PTAs; PTAs complete routine visits; PTs perform evaluations, recerts, and reassessments. EMR: MatrixCare. Interviews: Virtual.
