Shipping & Receiving Associate

Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders

Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently

Load and unload trucks using proper material-handling equipment

Label shipments and complete all required shipping documentation

Maintain accurate shipping logs and update inventory systems

Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and shipping areas

Follow all safety procedures during shipping, receiving, and material handling activities

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

High level of reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to follow processes and complete documentation accurately

Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, or inventory processes preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
