Relationship Banker - Bilingual Spanish/Chinese-Mandarin Preferred

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients Conduct deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with small business, lending, and investment experts Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients' financial lives Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs Effective and confident communication with all clients Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service transactions Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center location within a reasonable distance Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred Six months of cash handling experience preferred Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree preferred Spanish or Chinese-Mandarin language preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on financial services and self-service banking solutions. Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and connect clients with appropriate financial solutions.
