You will have the opportunity to leverage AI-assisted development tools, solve complex business challenges, and continuously grow your skills and influence while helping shape the future of our platforms.In this role, you will:Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years experience in Spring Boot (Java ecosystem) or ASP.NET Core (.Net)2+ years experience in React or Angular,2+ years of MongoDB or other No SQL database1 year experience with AI Assisted Development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Devin, Codex, etc)Desired Qualifications:Ability to lead moderately complex technical initiatives and influence technical decisions.Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed and cross-functional Agile teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying scalable solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering practices.Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to reliability, stability, security, and operational excellence.Job Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of visaThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleRelocation assistance is not available for this positionLocations :2801 Market St., F&L Bldg., St. Louis, MO-IL (Primary)300 S Brevard St., Charlotte, NCPay range:Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
