Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, including sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of sterilization processes and maintain compliance with infection control standards.
• Operate sterilization machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist surgical teams by providing sterile instrumentation.
• Follow strict protocols to ensure patient safety and equipment readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sterile processing area.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety guidelines.

What You Need:

• Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Level I or II hospital sterilization departments
• Ability to operate sterilization equipment effectively
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
• Must be comfortable with variable assignments including emergency team support when required

Preferred: Prior experience with Sterrad, Ultrasonic CaviWave, and Belimed sterilizers
