Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

To drive operational excellence and enable revenue growth, the full-time hybrid Senior Associate, Revenue Operations will manage sales operations, develop reporting frameworks, and optimize revenue technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Sales organization Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and productivity Collaborate with various teams to improve go-to-market processes and enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Operations functions Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Strong understanding of Sales Operations disciplines, including forecasting and pipeline management Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and data management Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
