Hospice Referral Growth Liaison

Kindful Health is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison to develop and manage new business contacts, maintain relationships, and execute a sales/marketing plan across the assigned region. This role involves communicating with patients, families, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and external vendors.
