Description of the role:
The Appointment Coordinator at Reynolds GM Subaru plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments for the service department. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate appointment times with service advisors and technicians
- Ensure accurate documentation of appointment details
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any scheduling conflicts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required
