Role Description This full-time, on-site Shipping Specialist role is based in Doral, FL. The Shipping Specialist is responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling outgoing shipments, ensuring that orders are accurate and processed according to company and carrier requirements. Daily tasks include receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition, organizing products in designated storage areas, and updating inventory records. The role also involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams, operating warehouse equipment as needed, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The Shipping Specialist is expected to follow established procedures, meet productivity targets, and support continuous improvements in shipping and receiving operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping to manage inbound and outbound orders accurately. Experience with Packing to ensure products are prepared securely and in compliance with packaging standards. Ability to perform Inventory Control tasks, including tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies. Capability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation, in accordance with safety guidelines. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and shipping software; familiarity with barcoding or scanning tools is beneficial. Reliable attendance, ability to work on-site for all scheduled shifts, and readiness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
