What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process within state guidelines
• Assess and address the learning needs of patients and families, delivering tailored education
• Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Effectively delegate and manage resources within the NICU setting
• Utilize clinical data to evaluate patient progress and promote necessary changes
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and accountability in all interactions

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN License
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years of neonatal or pediatric intensive care experience
• Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
