Plaintiff Paralegal

Manage and maintain plaintiff litigation files and case documentation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents. Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and supporting documentation. Coordinate discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Track case deadlines, court filings, and case progress. Conduct legal research and provide general litigation support to attorneys. Responsibilities Manage and maintain plaintiff litigation files and case documentation. Requirements: Experience: Three to four years' experience in litigation Education: Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar field; or an Associate's Degree and a Paralegal Certificate Knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings. Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and client service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
