Content Strategist

Driving UX strategy and content direction, the full-time Healthcare UX Content Strategist will manage complex programs focused on designing member-facing experiences for healthcare organizations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead discovery to translate client goals and audience needs into a coherent UX strategy Develop conversation designs, content guides, and optimization recommendations for implementation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate discovery sessions and present work clearly to stakeholders Required qualifications Meaningful professional experience in healthcare, health insurance, or related domains Strong experience in UX content strategy or content design Demonstrated ability to manage complex work from discovery through delivery Experience translating complex information into clear, action-oriented content Comfort presenting work and facilitating meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
