We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Environmental Field Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental inspections and remediation activities.
• Perform in-situ remediation, direct push injections, and well injections.
• Travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time) to various client sites across the mid-Atlantic region.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude in field operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
• 40-Hour OSHA certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in environmental science, construction, or environmental remediation is a plus.
• Project management skills are advantageous.

Work Environment

This role involves a small, closely-knit team environment where growth is encouraged. The company currently has 7 employees with plans to expand to 50, offering substantial opportunities for career advancement into project management. The role requires local and national travel, with all travel expenses covered. The position offers 10 paid holidays, 1 week of paid time off (plus compensatory time for overtime), a 401k plan, and full benefits. The work is primarily field-based at client sites throughout the mid-Atlantic.

This is a Permanent position based out of Randallstown, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
