About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) with a focus on franchising. The CDO will be tasked with the critical role of leading the development of leads and prospects into signed franchisees, utilizing a range of tools, techniques, and a specific sales process to achieve this. This executive will be responsible for the success of the franchise development department, including the management of a team of franchise development professionals. Key responsibilities for the CDO include developing and executing short- and long-term franchise development strategies, launching targeted sales and marketing campaigns, and optimizing the department's organizational structure and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling a franchise development department, as well as experience in driving new franchisee recruitment marketing to meet aggressive development goals. The successful CDO will be a strategic leader with the ability to align franchise development strategies with the company's mission and drive new franchisee growth. They must be adept at managing, motivating, and developing a high-caliber team, and be skilled in evaluating and optimizing the department's performance. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in franchising, particularly in the areas of lead generation, sales, and marketing. The CDO will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion, and as such, the ability to attract high-quality franchisee candidates and support the company's growth objectives is essential.
