Drywall Estimator

Manganaro Building Group, LLC is seeking a commercial Drywall Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team in Palmetto, FL . If you have an eye for detail while maintaining the accuracy of your work, Manganaro has a place for you! Manganaro is a growing company performing construction services from southeastern and mid-Atlantic states to new england. Manganaro has nearly 65 years of experience in drywall, masonry, concrete/masonry restoration, structural strengthening and building envelope restoration, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10). Primary Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications in order to prepare written proposals for bids and proposals Possess knowledge of local material, labor and equipment costs Maintain understanding of all local, city and state building codes in assigned locations Manage and train project engineers and assistant project estimators to ensure proper growth within the organization Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines, including drywall, acoustical, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8) and specialties (Div 10).
