Hourly Wage Hourly rate: $20 - $33 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs, move incoming merchandise into the sales floor, and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
