Assistant Shop Leader

The Assistant Manager supports the success of Tailored in White by ensuring seamless operations, strong client partnerships, and consistent execution of key sales and goals. This role is both administrative and customer‑facing—combining operational excellence with event coordination. You’ll manage back‑of‑house (BOH) systems, oversee preservation initiatives, maintain marketing materials for accounts, and represent Tailored in White at trunk shows and partnership sales events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in event settings, and capable of stepping into light tailoring or fitting support as a floater when needed.
