Dermatology Sales Representative, Long Island/ Queens

Responsibilities The Dermatology Sales Representative will demonstrate excellence in developing and applying territory business plans, calling on dermatologists, leading to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Additionally, coordinate with all field-based employees (Medical Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager, etc.) to effectively drive promoted product(s) to dermatologists within a designated geography. Long Island and Queens territory covering. Ideal candidate resides in the greater Garden City area. Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability Build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with both internal and external customers Understand and utilize sales reports and forecasts Implement and execute key marketing strategies Timely call reporting tasks Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required Travel and work outside of 8 a.m.–5 p.m., attend corporate and medical conventions, including weekends Travel outside of base territory for company meetings as needed Handle packages up to 30 lbs. and manage storage units with large quantities of samples Base Salary Range: 80–95k base salary (actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors). Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a 4‑year accredited university Minimum three (3) years of outside business‑to‑business sales or medical‑related sales required Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Proficient with MS Office, Windows, iOS, and able to quickly become familiar with sales tracking and reporting software Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred Minimum two (2) years of consistent, documented high level sales performance Recent working relationships with local dermatologists is a plus Bilingual a plus Compensation & Benefits Full‑time position includes base salary, strong incentive plan, excellent benefits package, paid time off, comprehensive training, fleet vehicle, full expense account privileges, and special recognition for top performers.
