Welder / Fabricator $26 - $27/hr | TIG | Custom Sheet Metal
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift What Youll Be Doing:
- TIG welding on custom sheet metal jobs
- Reading and working from blueprints, specs, and detailed drawings
- Fabricating specialty, one-of-a-kind pieces
- Staying on top of quality while hitting deadlines
- Using math skills daily to get it right the first time

- Proven TIG welding experience (custom work preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and technical drawings
- Strong math and measuring skills
- Comfortable working solo and meeting quality standards
- Experience with punch press or press brake is a plus
- Trade school or hands-on sheet metal experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have your own hand tools and welding gear (mask, gloves, etc.)
- Clear communicator and team-mindedeven if you prefer to work independently
