The CMXO unifies member experience, lending, service delivery, digital empathy and community presence into one relationship-first strategy. Own the full member journey Branches, Member Care Center, virtual service, account and card services, fraud resolution and every channel that shapes how Rize feels. Integrate lending and service Direct and indirect lending, underwriting execution, mortgage, servicing, collections and credit-building pathways as one member relationship. Lead AI-enabled experience & growth AI strategy, automation, data and core systems integrated to create warmer, more intuitive member experiences and sustainable growth. THE LEADER RIZE IS LOOKING FOR A hospitality-grade service executive who understands financial services and lending A builder who has transformed service culture, delivery models or member-facing operations at scale A connective leader fluent across people, operations, technology, growth and community A strategist who can design the future, integrate AI and emerging technology into the member experience, and operationalize transformation with clarity, dignity and accountability WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Rize is building toward 250,000 members and $7 billion in assets by 2035, supported by AI-powered lending, a modern data foundation, cloud-native contact center technology, more than 150 digital journeys and reimagined branches. The CMXO will lead the largest human-centered engine in that trajectory, ensuring AI strategy and technology integration translate into measurable improvements in trust, loyalty, financial wellbeing and growth. This is the steward of Rize’s emotional contract with members and the executive responsible for ensuring that Beyond Banking is not a tagline, but a lived experience. The CMXO will shape how members feel across every channel and every financial life moment, while building the service and lending engine required to support Rize’s long-term growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience, including 7 years leading multiple functions through senior leaders. Candidates should have demonstrated success driving enterprise transformation, improving member experience, and leading geographically dispersed teams. Strong business acumen and executive communication skills are essential. Credit union experience is strongly preferred.
