This role takes an active hand in it, including physical tasks like moving furniture, assisting facilities with punch lists, and cleaning units. Scion uses Turnable to track the electronic turn board, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring progress stays on pace, damage assessments are completed accurately, and final billing goes out correctly. Move-in, room assignments, transfers, and move-outs all process in a tight window. The General Manager leads this effort, and you’re the second in command executing it. It’s worth noting that this role also requires you to step into the General Manager position when they’re absent. That’s a real expectation, not a formality buried in the job description.
