The Shipping Clerk plays a key role on our supply chain team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments in a cold warehouse distribution environment. Working collaboratively with fellow Shipping Clerks, you will verify orders and manage shipment documentation to support efficient delivery processes utilizing various systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Yard Control Systems, and Dispatch Systems. You will communicate and work closely with management and union representatives to ensure smooth operations. Precision and adherence to established supply chain protocols are critical in this role. This role requires working in a low temperature warehouse setting and involves administrative and coordination tasks. Prior experience in shipping and warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of logistics and documentation standards is required. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy and efficiency. What You Will Do: Grow Our People

• High School diploma or GED
• 12 months of warehouse experience in warehouse setting
• Organizational skills
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
• Computer capability skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs
• Basic math skills
