MST Therapist

What will you do as an MST Therapist? Provide intensive in-home service using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to youth 12-17 and their families. Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and support systems to reduce risk factors and improve outcomes. Conduct community visits, crisis intervention, group supervision, and consultation. Maintain a low caseload of only five cases and be available during afternoons, weekends, and remote settings as needed. Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth and families in a home or community-based setting. Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and on-call rotation. Pass drug screening test and background check.
