Distribution Specialist

Job Description The Distribution Specialist supports Operations and Transportation in the UPS Mail Innovations (MI) Regional Processing Facility. He/She monitors and coordinates warehouse operations to ensure timely departure of trucks for deliveries and pickups. This position assists customers with requests for delivery information and supplies and provides management with data on financial and operational performance. He/She provides guidance to outsourced labor employees including drivers. Other Criteria Job Grade: 10D Location: Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm–12:30 am, Sunday 9:00 pm–5:30 am Last day to apply: July 09 2026 end of day Employee Type Permanent Basic Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer. Pay Range The base pay for this position ranges from $25.55/hr to $41.55/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
