Warehouse Runner – Q2 Stadium Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 Job Summary The Warehouse Runner plays a critical role in supporting Food & Beverage operations by ensuring concession stands, premium areas, bars, suites, and other service locations throughout the stadium are fully stocked and operational during events. This position is responsible for delivering products, replenishing inventory, maintaining organized storage areas, and providing timely support to front‑line teams in a fast‑paced sports and entertainment environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team‑oriented, physically capable of lifting and moving inventory, and thrives in a dynamic setting serving thousands of guests on event days. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver food, beverage, paper goods, and operational supplies from warehouse locations to concession stands, bars, clubs, suites, and other service areas throughout the stadium. Monitor inventory levels during events and proactively restock locations as needed. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post‑event inventory reconciliation. Receive, organize, rotate, and properly store products according to company standards and food safety guidelines. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and verifying inventory counts. Communicate with supervisors and operational leaders regarding product shortages, inventory concerns, or replenishment needs. Support waste reduction and product control initiatives. Operate carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other approved equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all food safety, sanitation, security, and workplace safety procedures. Provide exceptional internal customer service to all stadium Food & Beverage teams. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, stockroom, stadium, hospitality, or food service experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event days. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs for extended periods. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor stadium environments. Ability to perform physical labor in a fast‑paced event setting.
