What You'll Do

As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll help keep our branch running efficiently while serving as a key leader for both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily workflow and service schedules
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Monitor service progress and ensure customers stay informed
• Help maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service standards
• Support branch leadership with planning, organization, and problem-solving
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Learn and develop leadership skills that prepare you for future growth opportunities within the company

Preferred Qualifications

• College experience or a bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Previous leadership, customer service, operations, or management experience is a plus
• Experience coordinating projects, schedules, teams, or customer relationships is beneficial
• Automotive or transportation experience is very helpful but not required
