Seeking a motivated, part time, janitorial cleaner to clean 10 times per month:

-- Cleaning on the 1st & 3rd Friday each month, beginning at 2:00pm in Sterling Heights, MI.

-- Cleaning every week on Wednesday, 6pm or after, and Sunday, any time in Warren, MI.

The cleaning jobs takes approximately 3-4 hours to clean, each, and will pay $75 per visit. All cleaning supplies and tools are on site at the customer's locations in Sterling Heights, MI and Warren, MI.

-- For the Sterling Heights, MI location: The cleaner will sanitize 8 restrooms, remove all trash, and remove trash from conference rooms and desks. Also, vacuum and mop all floors.

-- For the Warren, MI location: The cleaner will vacuum and dust the front offices as well as the warehouse breakroom and office. As well, clean 4 restrooms and remove all trash.

These customers are very detail focused, so this cleaner must be very detailed oriented.

Previous cleaning and/or janitorial experience required. Reliable transportation is required. Must be authorized to work in the US. You must arrive on-time to the site at 2pm for the Sterling Heights, MI job. You must be able to use Jobber app on your phone to start/stop your timer, check off all cleaning tasks and mark your job complete. This is a part-time job but you will be a W-2 employee of Maven Commercial Cleaning (taxes will be taken out of your pay). All employees are paid via ACH automatic deposit each Friday.
