Job Description
Title: L&D RN Manager

Schedule: Shift 0700-1930

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- 10 years in a leadership role
- Must have L&D (Labor and Delivery) background
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Five years' technical experience preferred
- One year's leadership experience preferred
- Two years' experience of acute care nursing in a hospital setting preferred
- National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Labor and Delivery unit operations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide guidance to staff as needed.
- Maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
